WOW! We did go on Safari!…

It was an unforgettable experience which inspired a who new body of work. I felt the landscape and animals were intertwined and should not be separated. What followed was a playful few months with Spray paint Acrylic paint Marker pens and Gold Leaf. Resulting in my hand drawn Golden Safari Collection which I cant wait to exhibit.

It’s a compliment every time a piece of art that you have enjoyed and laboured over is sold, so a massive THANK YOU to all that purchased from me this year.

WOOHOO! Paint Parties and Workshops

Running Private Parties was a lot of fun with many different groups attending, from family gatherings to hen parties and baby showers. I loved being a part of those occasions. More men came this year which was great too, we all need time to chill out.  Paint Parties for 2024 transform into My Paint Party Hobby for 2024: So Many of us have Art supplies tucked away in a draw, well now you can attend your own hobby group with your own supplies and I will help you get the most out of what you bring for the theme that month. Newbies just starting out can still use my supplies and walk away with their own masterpiece.

EXCITED: What I am working on…

I have challenged myself to create a whole new collection of work using Alcohol Inks, not only that, they will be a seaside theme. Its completely different from the last collection and oil paints that I am used to but here goes… You can see this collection in Westgate Galleria near Margate this Summer, I’ll keep you posted.

Way forward for 2024…

Having visited Kenya last year I am opting for a more serene holiday this year by travelling to Sweden over the Summer Solstice for some personal R&R on my own. Who knows what will come out of regular meditations…

Having started the year off with a big birthday, I was gifted a family holiday to Cornwall. I was thrilled, not only to spend time with everyone including a new granddaughter, but because I have a nagging desire to create a landscape collection!! Watch this space.
