Six session 1:1 personalised Mindful Creative Experience:

Using all of your senses come and immerse yourself in the sounds of nature both in and out of the studio: get playful with colour and texture painting bare foot in the grass. Throw the paint at the canvas or place it carefully, the opportunity is there for you explore your feelings and emotions without judgement.

My own experience of finding Art as the key to unlocking a new me helps to inform our sessions with gentle guidance encouragement and patience. This personal wellness package becomes an holistic bubble, a safe place where you can explore art with feeling and explore your feelings through Art!

Whatever your reason for attending, it will help you to reset your nervous system and both invigorate and calm your brain ready for what lies ahead of you back in your world.

Art experience is not required…If life feels busy, overwhelming or simply in need of something different, this is your invitation to press pause.

Through painting conversation and mindful creativity you’ll enjoy precious time that’s just for you As you become absorbed in the creative process, your mind has the opportunity to slow down, you body to relax and your imagination to flourish.

Ultimately you’ll leave not only with artwork to treasure but with a sense of calm renewed confidence and achievement, a reminder that making time for yourself is never time wasted.

Personal bespoke tailored Art sessions

A series of gentle nature inspired Art sessions designed to help you slow down reconnect and find a sense of calm through creativity.

Playfully explore a different medium at each session, without any expected outcome, the focus is on the experience.  This will in the long run enable you to notice the direction you might want to pursue art wise. I can then tailor sessions to suit any Art goals you may find have surfaced. Alternatively it may just quiet the mind enough to help you forge a new way forward.

Part of my purpose will be to enable you to try what you have learnt at home should you wish to going forward. Possibly helping you with coping mechanisms, mindfulness and returning to a calm state. Growing your confidence with every endeavour.

My aim will be to help you build a personal wellness/artistic  toolbox you can return to whenever you need a quiet moment or to reset.
