Dig out those art supplies and join a group of like minded people every month for your Arty fix. Bring whatever medium you prefer to complete a theme inspired piece of work. With help and guidance and even drawings if you like, every step of the way, you will build a collection of beautiful artwork and feel better for it. The therapeutic effects of art on our minds and bodies is well documented for relieving stress aiding mindfulness and of course fun and laughter is just as good for the brain as trying something new.

Held the last Tuesday of every month 7-9pm (dates differ for Jan and Dec) I have kept the price low so you can look forward to two hours a month just for you. Swale Media Arts Centre 34 High St Sittingbourne Kent.

If you don’t have supplies of your own please go to Paint Parties 2024 to book your seat, as that’s where I supply everything for you, so you can test out different ways of drawing/painting and decide what suits you best before investing.
