I love the energy in this predominantly palette knife painting. The sky is a typical English view, unsure of what weather it will deliver that day! With the sun breaking through the clouds which are whooshing by, the Bees and Butterflies below are busy working in harmony with the flowers holding their own against the blows of the wind.

I also scored the underpainting to give movement and texture to the finished vigor of the painting, aiming to depict the spirit and vitality of nature.
